    2. Plastic Sheet, Vertical 3-Rolled Sheet Extrusion Line The SLSE series vertical 3-rolled sheet extrusion line is specially designed for the production of PP, PE, PS, HIPS, and other plastic sheet products. The equipment features a maximum extrusion capacity of 350kg/h. By adopting the vertical 3-rolled structure, the contact area between the roller and sheet is optimized. This improves that cooling effect, resulting in a more transparent finished product. This extrusion line is particularly suited for processing thicker sheet with a thickness of more than 1mm.
    2. Plastic Sheet, Inclined 3-Rolled Plastic Sheet Extrusion Line The SLSE series inclined 3-rolled plastic sheet extrusion line was designed to meet market demands. It is especially suited for the handling of PP, PE, PS, HIPS, and other plastic sheet products. The extruder has a maximum extrusion capacity of 350kg/h. After calendering by the 3-roller equipment and inclined to 45 degrees, this equipment is suitable for processing sheet with a thickness range of 0.2-1.0mm.

Plastic Sheet, Volumetric Inclined 3-Rolled Sheet Extrusion Line The SLSE series volumetric inclined 3-rolled sheet extrusion line was developed by our engineers to handle materials such as PP, PE, PS, HIPS, and other plastic sheet products. The volumetric sheet extrusion unit can be outfitted with a measuring pump, PLC control system, 3-roller independent control system, 3-roller tank, and other high quality accessories from Siemens, SMC, JCTIMES, and other well-known brands.

Plastic Sheet, Three Layer Plastic Sheet Co-extrusion Line The plastic sheets processed by this three layer sheet co-extrusion line can be used for producing cup making machines, thermoplastic forming machines, flip molding machines, multi-station forming machine and other plastic thermoforming equipment, which are used for producing multicolor plastic packaging products like beverage cups, bowls, etc.

Plastic Sheet, Volumetric 3 Layer Sheet Co-extrusion Line The MLSE series volumetric 3 layer plastic sheet co-extrusion line specializes in the mass-production of plastic sheets out of PP, PE, PS, HIPS, and other materials. This equipment can simultaneously extrude 3 layers of sheets, with a maximum extrusion capacity of 450kg/h. The composite distributor matches with the extrusion die to make different plastic raw materials that are combined in a uniform and stable manner.

Primary materials used include PP, PE, PS, PET, HIPS, PVC and other degradable materials.

CMM720-420 Plastic Machine Thermoforming and Thermoplastics The maximum formed area of the CMM720-420 plastic machine thermoforming and thermoplastics is 720 x 360mm and its primary purpose is the processing and forming of plastic sheets that will be turned into disposable plastic bowls, drinking cups, ice cream cups, jelly cups and other plastic packaging and containers. The suitable materials include PP, PE, PS, PET, HIPS, PVC and other degradable materials.

This plastic cup stacking, counting, packing machine uses a PLC system to achieve an automatic, programmed motion control, featuring stacking, counting, sealing and cutting of the feeding film, material splitting and more.
